MTS pilots convergent network in Bashkiria

MTS reports the launch of a pilot project in Bashkiria to deploy a 3-in-1, fixed-mobile and high-speed internet service with a single billing account.

The service will be available to corporate and private subscribers. MTS is promising attractive prices and convenience of use with a single support centre for all three services.

FTTC and VDSL2 will bring 100 Mbit/s internet to residents served by the test zone in Ufa, enabling HD digital TV and other services.
